Taking the first step can feel big — but it’s easier than you think.

Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially when you’re used to managing so much on your own.

This consultation is simply a chance for us to connect and talk about what’s bringing you here — no pressure, no commitment, just a genuine conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit.

During your free 15-minute consultation, you’ll have space to:

By the end of our call, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether this feels like the right fit and what therapy could look like for you.

Note: If you are currently in crisis, please contact a local mental health crisis line for immediate support. I am unable to provide emergency services.

Fees & Accessibility

I believe therapy should be both accessible and sustainable — a meaningful investment in your well-being that also honours the value of professional care.

At Reframe Counselling, I use The Green Bottle, a tool created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk to provide a sliding scale to make therapy available to people with different financial circumstances. This model invites you to reflect on your own financial comfort and capacity, and choose a rate that feels fair for you:

Top Jar – $190

Middle Jar – $175

Lower Jar – $155

There’s no application or proof required — simply choose the rate that feels right for your situation.

At times, I may also supervise an MSW student intern who can offer low-cost therapy options, helping make support even more accessible.

If you’re unsure which rate best fits your circumstances, we can talk it through together during your consultation.

Please check with your insurance provider for coverage of social work or psychotherapy services.
