When life feels unsteady, it helps to have someone in your corner.
At Reframe Counselling, we help you regain balance and confidence through life’s transitions.
With warmth, reflection, and evidence-based care, therapy becomes a steady space to move from overwhelm to clarity — and from self-blame to self-compassion.
You’ve been trying so hard to manage, but life has changed — and what used to work just isn’t working anymore.
You may look like you have it all together, but inside, you’re tired. Maybe you’ve been through a big change — a loss, a transition, or a shift — that’s left you wondering who you are now.
You might be thinking:
- “I should be handling this better.”
- “I feel stuck — like I’m doing the same thing over and over.”
- “Everyone needs something from me, and I’m running on empty.”
It’s okay to need care, too.
Therapy offers space to pause, reflect, and see things from a new angle — a calm, welcoming space where you can finally take a deep breath and start to feel like yourself again.
The Reframe Approach
Therapy that feels grounding, compassionate, and practical.
Reframe Counselling offers therapy for adults navigating grief, anxiety, loss, and major life transitions.
Our work blends evidence-based practice with warmth and reflection, helping you uncover strengths, reframe challenges, and find steadiness through change.
You can expect sessions that are insightful, practical, and deeply human — a calm, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and equipped with tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
At Reframe Counselling, we value compassion, authenticity, and reflection. You’ll find a space that feels emotionally safe, deeply effective, and rooted in genuine connection.
If you’re ready to feel lighter and clearer, let’s start with a conversation.
Who I HElp
Support for people navigating life’s turning points
At Reframe Counselling, I support people through the moments that transform us — times of change, loss, and growth that ask us to see ourselves in new ways.
Individuals
in Transition
You might be adjusting to a major life change — a separation, a loss, a career shift, or the transition into parenthood. Maybe you’re grieving a person, a role, or a version of yourself that no longer fits.
These moments can feel disorienting, but they’re also invitations to reflect and realign. Together, we’ll find clarity, meaning, and steadiness so you can move forward with compassion for yourself and confidence in what’s next.
Family Caregivers, Helping Professionals, and Educators
When you spend your days caring for others, it’s easy to lose sight of your own needs. You may be feeling emotionally drained, burned out, or like there’s nothing left to give.
Therapy offers a space to rest and reset: to reconnect with your values, set boundaries that protect your energy, and rediscover the sense of purpose that brought you to this work in the first place.
Emerging Therapists and Social Workers
You’re building your practice and your professional identity, learning to trust your voice and your judgment. But it can feel overwhelming to balance the weight of others’ stories with your own growth.
Through clinical supervision and reflective consultation, I support new and emerging therapists in finding confidence, insight, and sustainability in their work — so you can keep showing up for others without losing yourself in the process.
How I Work
Grounded, reflective, and collaborative.
Therapy at Reframe Counselling is a partnership. We move at your pace and work together to understand what’s happening — not just to you, but within you.
My approach blends clinical expertise with genuine human connection. Depending on your needs, we may draw from:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — to help you respond to life’s challenges with flexibility and compassion.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns.
- Grief and Loss Theory — to make sense of loss and find meaning in change.
- Self-compassion and mindfulness practices — to nurture resilience and emotional balance.
- Strengths-based and relational approaches — to help you reconnect with your own capacity for healing and growth.
Whether you’re a client seeking personal change or a clinician seeking professional reflection, our work together creates a space for awareness, growth, and lasting transformation.
